MDM Web Tool

EBX.Platform provides both business and technical users with a powerful Master Data Management tool. EBX.Manager is a Web-based tool designed to provide a rich and secure Graphical User Interface to manage Master Data.

EBX.Manager is based on a unique technology that dynamically generates the Graphical User Interface from Master Data models. It means that once a Master Data model has been designed, users are able to create instances, edit values and validate data content.

New Feature: Visual Hierarchies

Master Data usually rely on complex relationships between objects. Thanks to the new Visual Hierarchies feature, EBX.Platform allows business users to view and manipulate hierarchies. Hierarchies can be used either directly (prebuilt dimensions) or configured as views. A hierarchy is also able to mix recursive relationships and non-recursive relationships.
Pre-built Hierarchies EBX.Platform introspects existing relationships between objects in Data Model and automatically generates multiple hierarchies.
Hierarchies configuration

End-users can configure their own hierarchies. For each object in the Data Model, it is possible to select a dimension and then to configure display preferences.

Recursive/
Non-recursive

EBX.Platform supports multiple types of hierarchies:

  • Recursive: Relationships between records in the same object
  • Non-recursive: Relationships between different objects

  • Ajax GUI

Visual Hierarchies are based on a full Ajax GUI that allows end-users to view, navigate and manipulate hierarchies nodes.
