Collaborative workflow

EBX5 is designed for collaboration. It delivers browser-based workflow which allows business users to collaborate on change management or approval processes. For instance, changing a customer segmentation is owned by sales & marketing but requires approval and enrichment from finance and operations.

Integration into Enterprise portals

EBX5 provides a Web component API which allows easy integration into any enterprise portals such as Microsoft Sharepoint. Each part of the MDM user interface (such as hierarchies, reference tables, workflow) can be customized and embedded into exisiting portals. In addition, EBX5 provides advanced security for integration with Single Sign-On systems and Enterprise directories.

Role-based security

EBX5 allows you to define fine-grained permissions on any dimension and hierarchy, at field and record levels. Each user or group gets a specific access to dimensions and hierarchies.
