Modeling

EBX5 delivers dimension and hierarchy management in a browser-based user interface. Business users can define their various data models, relationships between objects and configure data quality control in order to enforce validation.

Data management UI

Based on this definition, EBX5 dynamically generates the user interface for displaying and editing dimensions and hierarchies. Thanks to a sophisticated visual hierarchy management, end users can drill down into hierarchies, move, attach or detach nodes, enrich content.

Data integration services

While data can be authored in the user interface, it can also be loaded from source systems. EBX5 provides real time and batch data integration services, which can be easily consumed by any ETL tool.

Reference data and cross-references

In addition to dimensions and hierarchies, EBX5 also allows you to manage various reference data such as countries, currencies, lists of codes as well as cross-references between the MDM and source systems.
