Recapping the DGFS, MDM/DG Summit NYC and the North American Customer Advisory Board

It’s only mid-October and the Orchestra Networks has had a completely jam packed two weeks featuring two events (Data Governance in Financial Services and Master Data Management and Data Governance Summit), two new EBX5 capabilities (information governance and visualization) and one incredible customer advisory board.

Some highlights include:

TD Ameritrade

The presentation by Jeff Gentry, Director of Enterprise Data Governance, and Jim Keevins, Director of Enterprise Data Architecture, both from TD Ameritrade who explained how reference data management makes data governance better. (Hint: Dr. Seuss is involved).

The talk by Janine Stevens, Sr. Enterprise Data Architect, and Roger Kelly, Principal Data Architect/Scientist, both from Sabre who enumerated the 20,763 reasons why reference data management is crucial to their global organization.

The MDM Institute Field Reports

Aaron Zornes, Chief Research Officer, of the MDM Institute listing Orchestra Networks as one of the top vendors in master data management, reference data management, and master data governance; and declaring that EBX5 is the only product to fully integrate MDM/RDM/MDG.

And of course, the jam packed rooms at the Customer Advisory Board and Customer Dinner were a sight to see. This year we were honored to host senior leaders, from four continents, as they reviewed the EBX5 roadmap; openly discussed their evolving requirements for meta/reference/master data management and information governance; and networked.
